TcpNode billing guide

Rental pricing is based on the hardware and rental term

The two product lines are ordered and priced separately. Check the billing unit for the hardware, then confirm the term, configuration, and amount due. All charges are in USD, with no setup fees or contracts.

Review the order total before payment. Payment records are available in the console.

DGX Spark

Fixed hardware, billed by the day

DGX Spark is billed by the day, with terms from 1 to 365 days. The rental period determines the amount due. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual plans are not available, and longer terms do not get a lower rate.

Listed daily rate · USD

$16.7/day

Amount due = days × daily rate

No setup fees or contracts. The hardware configuration is fixed, so no add-ons need to be selected at checkout.

Term examples at the same daily rate

1 day × $16.7
$16.7
7 days × $16.7
$116.9
30 days × $16.7
$501.0

These totals are the amount due for the specified number of days, not separate billing terms or discounted bundles. Enter the number of rental days when ordering and check the amount shown at checkout.

Data is cleared at the end of the term; transfer files beforehand

Transfer any model weights, source code, configurations, and logs that need to be kept before the rental ends. Do not rely on files outside a code repository, unfinished tasks, or incomplete model downloads as a reason for data retention.

Check these three conditions before payment

DGX Spark uses the ARM64 architecture and cannot run x86 programs or Windows. It runs NVIDIA DGX OS only, and data is cleared when the rental ends. Confirm all three conditions on the DGX order page. Adding rental days does not change the hardware or operating system.

The fixed configuration includes NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell, 128GB LPDDR5x unified memory, 4TB NVMe, 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth, and 1 static IPv4 address. See the product overview for compatibility details. Hardware options are not available on the billing page.

AMD Dedicated Servers

Configuration sets the monthly total; the term sets the number of months billed

AMD dedicated servers use subscription billing. The hardware and add-ons make up the monthly total, which is then multiplied by the number of months in the selected term. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual terms use the same listed rates, with no term discounts.

Monthly

1 month

Amount due = monthly total × 1

Quarterly

3 months

Amount due = monthly total × 3

Semiannual

6 months

Amount due = monthly total × 6

Annual

12 months

Amount due = monthly total × 12

Check each line item in the configuration

Monthly total = monthly hardware price + storage add-ons + bandwidth upgrade + extra IPv4 addresses + Windows license. Selected quantities are included as shown on the configuration page. Unselected add-ons do not affect the total.

Semiannual billing example: 256GB configuration

This example uses an AMD EPYC 7543P · 256GB, two additional 2TB NVMe drives, and 2 Gbps bandwidth. No extra IPv4 address is added, and a free operating system is selected.

All amounts are in USD. Add up the monthly charges, then multiply by six months for semiannual billing
Billing item Selection and calculation Monthly charge
Hardware AMD EPYC 7543P · 256GB $610.5/month
Additional storage 2 × 2TB NVMe drives at $78.6/month each $157.2/month
Bandwidth 2 Gbps unmetered +$753.6/month
Extra IPv4 None added; includes 1 IPv4 address No additional charge
Operating system license Free operating system selected; Windows not selected No additional charge
Monthly total $1521.3

$610.5 + $157.2 + $753.6

Semiannual amount due · monthly total × 6 months $9127.8

$1521.3 × 6 months

This example illustrates how charges add up; it is not a default configuration. Monthly prices for both hardware tiers and available add-ons are listed on the AMD rentals page. Before payment, verify each selected item on the configuration page.

No setup fees in the amount due

TcpNode charges no setup fees or one-time fees, and there is no minimum rental term. Choosing a longer term only changes the number of months covered; the listed monthly rate stays the same.

“No contract” does not mean the term total is calculated differently. Confirm the selected term before ordering so a quarterly, semiannual, or annual total is not mistaken for a monthly charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term

Dedicated server subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term. To stop future renewals, sign in to the TcpNode console, find the subscription under subscription management, and cancel it.

Canceling renewal and changing the configuration are separate actions. Cancellation does not change the memory tier or recalculate past payments. For questions about an existing order, submit a support ticket in the console with the order details and question.

Changing memory tiers requires a separate server

Memory cannot be upgraded on an existing server after provisioning. To switch to another memory tier, order a separate server and arrange the migration of applications, data, and backups. Confirm separately whether to keep the original subscription alongside the new order.

Changing the operating system, adding software, or adjusting application settings does not change the hardware memory tier. The configuration page offers free operating systems such as Proxmox VE and a paid Windows Server license. The Windows license is billed as a separate item in the monthly total.

Payments & Records

Pay in USD; payment options shown at checkout

Orders for the two product lines are placed separately. Payment channels are not specified in this billing guide; available methods are listed at checkout. Check the hardware, rental term, and amount due before payment.

Before payment

Check the total on the order page for the relevant product and select a payment method listed at checkout. Product details and examples explain the billing rules; the checkout page shows the options available for the actual order.

Review payment records

Invoices and completed payment records are available in the TcpNode console. To query a charge or payment record, submit a console support ticket with the order number, amount, and question. Do not include passwords or full payment card details in the ticket.

Configure orders by product; review records in the console
